Investment climate is affected by many factors, including: poverty, crime, infrastructure, workforce, national security, political instability, regime uncertainty, taxes, rule of law, property rights, government regulations, government transparency and government accountability.

 

What is the definition of regulatory environment?

 

A regulatory environment is simply put, the laws, rules, and regulations put into place by state, or other government entities and civilian organizations to control the behavior and actions of business activities.
