Ans. Executor: An Executor is a person named in the will to execute the will of a person after his death. His powers and authorities are vested therein. The executor should be permitted to operate the account after he has obtained the probate from the court.

When a person(Agent) borrows on behalf of another(Principal), the bank will insist on a regularly executed power of attorney or a proper authority in the agents favor. The power may be general or special.
