API Bank operates through its head office as well as two branch offices, in Novi Sad and Belgrade. API Bank a.d. Beograd was established as a result of the sale of VTB Banka a.d. Beograd to Russian investor Andrey Shlyakhovoy in July 2018. Today, the Bank is no longer a part of VTB Group based in St. Petersburg, Russia.
