Job Purpose
- Ensure efficient and optimal use of capital in the EMEA region with responsibility for GCM and Leveraged Finance
- transaction approvals
- Lead key strategic projects (incl. Red Zone, LPM product, revenue performance and returns metrics) and liaise with NAM,
- LATAM and APAC GCM partners to ensure globally consistent practices
- Report periodically on capital and returns metrics to regional senior management and GCM EMEA Head
- Support Parent Account Manager with Corporate Banking relationship coverage of clients (Real estate, Leverage
- Finance and IPO prospect clients)
- Navigate strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and active participation in global projects for Capital Management (Red Zone, LPM Product, GAAP
- monitoring, LevFin related)
- Coordinate capital approval and recommendation processes
- Actively support in coverage of clients from a Corporate Banking perspective to help cross-sell full spectrum of products
- and services
- Support team seniors with portfolio optimization and performance accountability for EMEA Leverage Finance Portfolio
- Responsible for credit monitoring (evaluating public filings, research reports, operations, business plans, and financial
- forecasts) for clients in the portfolio
- Help develop Analyst members’ coverage & credit skills
- Partner with Risk across BCMA and ICG

- Strong risk, control, and capital management skills
- Experience in client coverage helpful
