What do you mean by communication and business communication?

 

Communication:

Communication applies to the exchange of ideas and thoughts within two or more individuals. It can be done through writing, speech, gestures, symbols, or written communication. Communication is a continuous transmission of a message among two or more individuals the sender and receiver.

 

Business communication:

Business communication is the process of sharing information between people within the workplace and outside a company. Effective business communication is how employees and management interact to reach organizational goals. The process of transferring information from one person to another, within and outside the business environment, is termed as ‘Business Communication.
